Ingredients:
- 200g of chow mein
- 4 eggs
- 2 chopped carrots
- 15 chopped cluster beans
- 2 big chopped onions
- 2 tbsp of grated ginger
- 1 tbsp of grated garlic
- 2 tbsp of tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp of soya sauce
- 2 tbsp of chili sauce
- 2 tbsp of black pepper powder/ 1 tbsp of black pepper powder
- 8 tbsp of refined oil
- Salt to taste
Procedure
Boiled fried eggs:
- Take a bowl, add 4 eggs and whip them properly.
- Now take a medium sized flat bowl, spray some oil in the bowl and add the whipped eggs in the medium sized flat bowl.
- Take a frying pan, place the flat bowl in the pan, add some water in the pan (don’t add too much water in the pan, just fill it up a little bit so the bowl is submerged a little bit, in the water).
- Place a lid over the flat bowl in the frying pan.
- Heat the frying pan for 15 to 20 mins to boil the whipped eggs.
- Now let the boiled eggs in the bowl cool down for 30 mins.
- Then cut the cooled boiled eggs into small slices.
Chow Mein:
- Boil 6 cups of water in a frying pan for 10 mins.
- After boiling the water for 10 mins, turn off the flame, add chow mein and place a lid to boil them.
- Check whether the chow mein has been boiled, and drain them and put them in cold water and again drain them.
- Now in a bowl, add the drained chow mein, tomato sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, black pepper powder, salt and mix them properly and put them aside.
- Take a frying pan, add oil and heat it for some time and add chopped onions, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped cluster beans, chopped carrots and fry these items for 10 to 15 mins by altering the flame.
- After these items have been fried, add drained chow mein and fry these mixture for some time.
- Finally add the boiled eggs in the chow mein and serve it hot.
