It is basically made from soya chunks, chickpea and takes a little time to prepare. It can taken as a food in three different ways- it can taken like a cutlet with tea but it is not fried, its baked, you can take it with rice and dal, it can be used to make kopta curry. It is a vegetarian food dish but you can add onions if you want.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of soaked chickpeas.
- 1 cup of soaked soya chunks.
- 1 tablespoon of grounded rice.
- 6 to 10 pieces of green chili.
- Pinch of baking soda.
- 10 tablespoons of soyabean oil.
- Salt to taste.
Procedure:
- Ground the chickpeas and make a paste of them.
- Ground the soya chunks too but don't ground them too much(don't make a paste of the soya chunks).
- Now take a bowl and put both of the chickpeas(grounded) and soya chunks(grounded) in it. Put the grounded rice, baking soda, green chilies, salt in the bowl.
- Now mix the batter properly, try to keep it dry like making dough out of flour.
- Knead the batter in small chunks and flatten it a little bit.
- Pour a little oil(2 to 4 tablespoons) in pan, fry the chunks over medium flame for sometime.
- After sometime turn the chunks upside down and fry the other side of the chunks.
- When it is fried properly take the chunks in a different plate and serve it in the way you want it.
Things to keep in mind:
- You should soak the chickpeas for at least 4 hrs.
- You should fry the batter in little oil.
